Terms of Service

Synviora provides CRM, finance and e-invoicing software on a per-module, per-seat subscription. Features marked available are live; features marked beta or roadmap are provided as-is or not yet provided, and are never billed until available.

You are responsible for your account, your users and the accuracy of the data you enter. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or send outbound messages without the recipient consent the law requires.

Some features send on your behalf through providers you connect (email, WhatsApp, SMS, telephony, e-signature). You are responsible for those accounts, their fees, and complying with their terms. Synviora enforces consent and do-not-contact on outbound, but you remain the sender of record.

Fees are shown before you subscribe, per module and per seat, in your currency, exclusive of tax. Changes to your plan take effect as described at checkout. AI features are metered by credits.

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service and to meet tax and e-invoicing obligations. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and the messages you send.

We work to keep the service available and correct, and verify functionality against real infrastructure. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it is deleted or anonymised per our retention practices.
